I’m here to tell you, that you don’t have to imagine it, you can live it. By implementing small changes and adopting research-backed daily practices, you can feel more fulfilled, reignite your passion, and have more energy to tackle your day.
It takes a bit of work to make your life feel this way. You have to actively engage in the process of improving your life, but it doesn't have to be hard or scary to do it. I help people make small changes to their habits in order for them to achieve a greater sense of joy. My approach is based on scientific studies which have proven that various factors play a big role in overall feelings of happiness. Through my 8-week workshop, you will gain more insight and knowledge into what these factors are and figure out how to implement them into your own life. The best part? It’s a live, group course, so you won’t ever be alone on your journey! In fact, you will probably make new, life long friends!

I wasn’t unhappy - I just couldn’t find that passion I once had. I desperately wanted to be excited about life again. And that’s when I stumbled upon the science of happiness, and set out on a mission to apply it to my own life. Now that I’ve successfully done it, my mission is to help others do the same.
