America is facing the biggest mental health crisis since the 1950s. There are several reasons for this, one of the recent ones being the Covid-19 pandemic. In fact, rates of depression in the US were found to have tripled when the coronavirus first emerged, and we were sent into lockdown. However, although things are mostly back to normal, many people have forgotten how to be happy.
Many of us are either unhappy and depressed or feeling anxious and disconnected from the people and things we used to be passionate about. Even if we aren't depressed, we are often just "languishing" AKA not feeling excited about life. It’s becoming much harder for us to come out of "that tunnel".
That’s why I have made it my mission as a certified life coach to provide people with the right methods to rediscover our human connection, which will unquestionably lead to greater happiness.

Happiness doesn’t come from acquiring material possessions. Once you have your basic needs met - a roof over your head, healthy food to eat, stability and love- the rest comes down to your attitude. Positive interactions with others are a huge part of feeling happier.
That’s where I come in. I’m on a mission to help the world reconnect. Whether it’s speaking to the check-out assistant, going to the cashier instead of the ATM, or a simple hello in the street - these interactions are vital to our mental health and happiness.
