Based on scientific research,
about 50% of our happiness is influenced by our genetics, 10% by our life circumstances and the remaining 40% is determined by our intentional behaviors, thoughts, and habits.

For instance, individuals who regularly exercise, get enough sleep and prioritize quality time with loved ones tend to be much happier compared to those who spend excessive hours sitting, constantly use their phones, and lack sufficient sleep.

Our happiness score does not determine whether you are happy or not (let's be honest, you already know that!), but it assesses what percentage of "happiness-boosting" activities and habits you currently engage in!

Take the test to discover if you fall into:

The Low range (0 to 35%) If so, even with just a few simple adjustments, you could significantly increase your happiness!

Middle range (36 to 65%) Not too bad, but there is still a lot of room for improvement!

High range (66-85%) or Ultra High range (over 86%).
