When you join my happiness workshop I’ll provide you with all the tools you need to find the path to happiness through developing healthy habits. This starts with me teaching you why habits are so vital and how to create a new habit, how to keep it up, nurture it, and see it become an automatic behavior. Amongst other things, I’ll help you master three key habits, and you’ll find everything else starts to fall into place.

Learning how to be grateful for the things you have in your life is one of the essential good habits to have on your journey to happiness. I’ll help you identify those good habits that you need to personally develop so you can see how lucky you are and start appreciating life more.

Without a calm and collected mind, it can be difficult to find a new passion for life. That’s why I show you that meditation is one of the most underrated but powerful healthy habits to start. And it's not hard, I promise! Getting into a state of relaxation offers better clarity and helps you focus on developing your good habits so you can enjoy the little things in your life.

Exercise

Exercise

One of the important factors of science based happiness is ensuring you have the right balance of chemicals in your brain. Instead of turning to medications, I encourage you to introduce frequent exercise into your life so you can naturally release endorphins and embrace the ‘feel-good’ chemicals you deserve to have.

In my group workshop I work with you to pinpoint the right habits you need to help you create more happiness in your life. Then I’ll work with you to put them in place.
