There’s Power in Connection.
Humans weren’t meant to be on their own, there is significant strength in numbers. We are a community here, and we aim to amplify each other’s voices, cheer each other’s successes, and support each other through struggles or failures.

We all move at our own pace and have varied strengths and weaknesses–it’s what makes us all unique! But being in this community means being willing to withhold judgment so others can succeed in a safe environment.

Why work with a certified coach?
I am an ICF (the main accreditation for training coaches) accredited life coach, having gained my certification from the Life Purpose Institute in California. After gaining 17 years of extensive experience in management (I’m also a certified project manager), bringing happiness back into your life has become my most exciting project.
How I found my happy
And now I want to share the secret with you
When I was single, I had a life many would dream of having. I had a great job and a huge passion for traveling. I would go on two or three vacations to a foreign land each year, and I got to see so much of the world. I have now managed to visit close to 30 countries, each more exciting than the last.
Discovering the need for happiness
After getting married to a wonderful man and having kids that I love more than anything, I soon realized that even when you seem to have everything, you don’t always experience those intense feelings of happiness that you used to in your 20s, when life seemed like a big, fun adventure. I found myself struggling to enjoy the little things, and I wasn’t always excited to get up from bed in the morning. Every day was the same. My life felt.. flat.
I wasn’t unhappy - I just couldn’t find that passion I once had. I didn’t get to travel as much as I had before and even when I did, although it would be a wonderful trip, I’d miss my family too much. Taking a few exotic trips a year was no longer an option with two children under four.. (Well I’m sure it’s technically possible but it wouldn’t be the same as most of my attention would be dedicated to taking care of my children instead of paying attention to local people, landmarks or culture). So I desperately wanted to learn how to be happy in my current, everyday life.

Finding a solution
I wasn’t going to let myself fall into a rut, and I was determined to find something that gave me that joy again, so I could enjoy a simple life with my beautiful family. That’s when two things happened simultaneously: I discovered a deep passion for (never ending) self improvement and stumbled upon Happiness based on science.
Sharing the happiness
When I discovered a passion that complemented my wonderful family life, I found happiness. But it was work, too. I studied, I read hundreds of books, took several courses and I really put in the time and effort to develop some simple but life changing habits that resulted in a much more positive mindset and increased happiness.
Now I want to share what I learnt and what worked for me through my happiness workshops. Because we all have it within us to be happy. And we all deserve it. We just need a little help sometimes.
